IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to size limitations - the following restrictions must be noted:

The side access to the cottage has restricted width and is not suitable for larger guests or those with disabilities.

The shower room is small and tight access between the basin and toilet.

Maximum guest number is two. If one of these guests is a child then they must be older than eleven.

One dog only by prior agreement. Your dog will then be most welcome - treats, bowls and blankets are provided.

There is separate access to the sun terrace which is approximately one minute walk.
