The property is listed on both Booking.com and Airbnb. You are most welcome to book directly via those sites. However, we offer great discounts and flexibility for those who book directly with us:

10% discount on published Airbnb rates
 

• In addition to our usual welcome pack (milk, biscuits plus Welsh cake), we will provide butter/spread plus Waitrose loaf to get you started!

 

• Self clean option. If you clean for yourselves after the previous guests and provide your own bedding and towels, a reduction of £25 will be taken off the price of your holiday. Just leave the previous bedding, towels etc under the bed. We will do the usual deep clean after your departure.

 

• No charge for your dog (we allow a maximum of one dog in the property due to the size/practicality).
